Free shipping with in the US. Shipping outside of the US is depends on destination. We ship using United States Postal Serivce.

Returns & refunds

We will accept items for exchange or returns for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days from the date the item is shipped. To return or exchange an item send an email to letitsnowandsparkle@gmail.com with your return or exchange request we will respond to your request with a return or exchange Authorization number to send with the package. Do not send item back without a return authorization number, as we cannot guarantee proper credit without it.The item/s that are being returned or exchanged have to be in unused, in all of their original manufactures packaging and paper work. Item must be shipped back in the original shipping box and packaging. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred to send the item back for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued back on the same payment method the order was charged to, after item is received and inspected.
