Return Policy

We will accept items for exchange or returns for a full refund, within 30 days from the date the item is shipped. To return or exchange an item send an email to letitsnowandsparkle@gmail.com, a text or a call to 725-221-5572 with your return or exchange request we will respond to your request with a return or exchange Authorization number to send with the package. Do not send the item back without a return authorization number, as we cannot guarantee proper credit without it. The item/s that are being returned or exchanged have to be unused, in all of their original manufactures packaging and paperwork. Item must be shipped back in the original shipping box and packaging. For items that arrived damage please include a picture of the damage the item in your return request email or text. Refunds will be issued back on the same payment method the order was charged to after the item is received and inspected.
